By accessing or using the AROA platform at bookaroa.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
3. Services
AROA connects travellers with vetted local concierges in Spain who provide bespoke travel planning, luxury accommodation sourcing, VIP access, private transportation, and related services. AROA acts as an intermediary platform; the concierge is the service provider.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at hi@bookaroa.com.
5. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and concierge confirmation. Prices are displayed in Euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund conditions are presented at checkout and form part of these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
AROA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or the services provided by concierges. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform — including text, images, and design — is the property of Celebrity Level S.L. or its licensors. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
