Celebrity Level S.L. (operating as AROA) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our platform to do the same. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on bookaroa.com infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent at hi@bookaroa.com including:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised representative
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
3. Identification of the material on our platform that you claim is infringing, with sufficient detail for us to locate it
4. Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf

Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to hi@bookaroa.com containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the removed material and its location before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction of the courts in Madrid, Spain

Repeat Infringers

AROA reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.
