About our Ibiza concierge
What can an Ibiza concierge do that I can't book myself?
The villas that don't appear on rental sites. The Pacha table in the main room on a Saturday in August. The private boat that fits your group exactly. The chef who's already booked but will take one more week for the right introduction. AROA opens access that public booking platforms simply cannot.
How far in advance do I need to book?
For peak summer (July–August) we recommend at least 6–8 weeks for villas and yacht charters, and 2–3 weeks for club tables and restaurant reservations. We also handle short-notice requests for clients already on the island.
Do you arrange transport from mainland Spain to Ibiza?
Yes — helicopter charters, private jet coordination, and ferry logistics from Barcelona or Valencia. Once on the island we handle all ground and water transport.
Can you find a private villa for a large group?
Yes. We specialise in large-group villa sourcing, including properties with 8–15 bedrooms, private pools, full staff, and catering. We vet every property personally before recommending it.
Is AROA available in Ibiza year-round or only in summer?
We are active year-round, though peak season is April through October. Off-season Ibiza is an entirely different experience — quieter, more local, and often more rewarding — and our concierges know it well.
